Job Title: ERP Support Analyst



SUMMARY:

The Systems Administrator provides key support for Oracle Fusion Cloud and FlexiPro, focusing on inventory transactions, user training, process documentation, and continuous improvement across supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role manages inventory scanning equipment, user accounts, and serves as the technical liaison between production, IT, supply chain, and other departments across the plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following, but other duties may be assigned as company’s needs dictate.

• Serve as the Oracle Fusion transaction expert for all inventory-related transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing across production and warehouse operations.

• Develop, document, and deliver training materials that explain material flow within production departments, including standard work for inventory and scanning processes.

• Manage, configure, and support inventory scanning equipment and related applications, including user training and coordination with IT or vendors as needed.

• Test and validate system enhancements, configurations, and process changes in the sandbox environment prior to production deployment.

• Assist in Oracle and Flexi account management for production, inventory control, and material handling personnel, ensuring appropriate access and segregation of duties.

• Act as a continuous improvement advocate by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing system and process improvements that enhance accuracy, throughput, and user experience.

• Perpetually expands Oracle knowledge and system efficiencies through self-directed research, participation in available Oracle training, and sharing of learnings with the broader team.

• Generates support tickets for FlexiPro, and acts a primary plant liaison for resolution.

• Trains employees on key system and material flow processes while identifying and implementing process improvements that make ongoing systems easier to use, maintain, and sustain.

• Validates training effectiveness through the demonstrated ability of team members to perform their roles independently and accurately following instruction.

• Assists production control as assigned during physical inventory counts, including system setup, count execution support, data validation, and reconciliation activities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment supporting production, inventory control, or warehouse/material handling activities.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferably Inventory, Manufacturing, and/or SCM modules) in a super-user, analyst, or systems support role.

• Demonstrated experience creating process documentation and delivering end-user training.

• Proven ability to test changes in a non-production/sandbox environment and translate business requirements into system transactions or configurations.

• Experience with barcode or mobile inventory scanning solutions integrated with Oracle.

• Prior involvement in physical inventory and/or cycle counting processes within Oracle SCM Cloud.

• Demonstrated participation in continuous improvement or lean initiatives related to systems or material flow.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and compose clear system/user documentation.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in business mathematics and basic analytics.

• Ability to analyze inventory data, perform reconciliations, and validate system transactions.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Inventory, Manufacturing, SCM modules).

• Experience managing user accounts, roles, and permissions in an ERP environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).

• Familiarity with barcode/mobile inventory devices and basic IT troubleshooting.

• Preferred: Oracle University coursework or certifications; basic familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or business process automation.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Oracle University coursework or certifications in Inventory, Manufacturing, or related SCM areas; basic familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or business process automation.

Salary Range $40.86 - $52.88 / hr
