Production Worker (Kitter)

Responsible for preparing and organizing kits of materials and components to support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders and BOMs
• Gather and organize materials for production jobs
• Verify quantities and ensure accuracy of kits
• Maintain organized workspace and inventory flow

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (ERP/MRP preferred)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Basic math skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching
• Ability to use pallet jacks/carts (forklift a plus)
