Talent Sourcer
Position Summary
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying and pre-screening potential candidates for light industrial positions. This role focuses on generating qualified applicants, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding to ensure a steady pipeline of talent to support client staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and work eligibility.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for open and upcoming client positions.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and Recruiters.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
- Ensure candidate information is accurately entered and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job details, expectations, and next steps.
- Support recruiting team initiatives including hiring events and job fairs.
- Maintain high candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and calls.
- Basic proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range
$16 - $18 / hr
