Talent Sourcer

Position Summary

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying and pre-screening potential candidates for light industrial positions. This role focuses on generating qualified applicants, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding to ensure a steady pipeline of talent to support client staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and work eligibility.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for open and upcoming client positions.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and Recruiters.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
  • Ensure candidate information is accurately entered and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job details, expectations, and next steps.
  • Support recruiting team initiatives including hiring events and job fairs.
  • Maintain high candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and calls.
  • Basic proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range $16 - $18 / hr
