Straight answers about Direct Hire.
How is Direct Hire different from temp-to-perm?
With Direct Hire, the person is your employee from their first day, and you pay a one-time placement fee. With temp-to-perm, the associate starts as an Eclipse employee while you evaluate their work. Direct Hire is a good fit when a temporary assignment isn’t right for the role.
How is the fee set?
It’s a one-time placement fee. Your placement fee, payment terms and guarantee conditions are agreed in writing before the search begins.
What if the hire doesn’t work out?
If it doesn’t work out in the first 30 days, contact us promptly. We send you new candidates to interview. If we can’t find a replacement, we refund the placement fee as set out in your agreement.
