Most of our jobs are temp-to-perm. You start as an Eclipse associate, and if you and the company are a good fit, they can hire you on permanently.
It isn't automatic. The decision is the client's, and it depends on your attendance, your work, and whether the job is a good fit for you too. Show up, do good work, and talk to us if something isn't working.

How the hire-on works
After 520 hours on the assignment — about 13 weeks of full-time work — the company can hire you on with no fee to them. That makes it easy for them to say yes. Some companies hire sooner.

How to get hired on
- ✓Show up every day, on time.
- ✓If you're going to be late or miss a shift, call Eclipse right away, and follow any reporting instructions the client gives you at onboarding.
- ✓Keep your phone put away on the floor unless the site allows it.
- ✓Follow every safety rule and wear your safety gear.
- ✓Learn more than one job and ask questions. Supervisors notice.
