Meet with us, one-on-one

You sit down with a recruiter in our Lancaster office. Interviews are by appointment, and walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We get to know you so we can match you with the right job, not just the next open one.

Skills check

In our office, you take up to three computer tests: Safety in the Workplace, plus two tests in the skills you’re strongest in. We pick those two together in your interview.

• Warehouse skills: forklift, order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory, data entry
• Manufacturing skills: counting and stacking, machine operation, ruler reading, food safety

Paperwork

In our office, in about 45 minutes, you’ll:

• go over Eclipse’s policies
• set up direct deposit
• complete any paperwork the client requires
• take a drug test, and a background check if the job requires one

What to bring: original documents that show who you are and that you’re allowed to work in the U.S. You choose which ones, from the government’s approved list for Form I-9: one document from List A, or one from List B plus one from List C. See the approved list →

Your first day

Before you go, you’ll know your pay, start date, hours and where to report, by phone and in writing. We provide your safety vest and glasses, and we’ll tell you about any other gear the job needs. You’ll need your own way to get to work. If you’re going to be late or miss a shift, call Eclipse right away, and follow any reporting instructions the client gives you at onboarding. You’re paid every week, Thursday morning, by direct deposit.
