1st Shift Reach Truck Operators

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator Loaders to safely and efficiently operate a reach truck while assisting with loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on reach truck experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, stage, and organize warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload products and materials from trailers, racks, and designated areas.
• Move pallets throughout the warehouse as directed.
• Properly position and store products in designated rack locations.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or mechanical concerns.
• Assist with loading and preparing shipments as needed.
• Verify products and quantities when moving or loading materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hands on reach truck experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Previous loading/unloading or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift consistently.
