Shell / Precoat -2nd Shift

**All candidates must be flexible to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Core Responsibilities:

• Dipping - process, hanging wax trees for dipping or hand dipping if needed
• Ability to measure the thickness of the ceramic liquid and add ingredients to keep it at the perfect consistency.
• Dewaxing (Autoclave) - once the shells are dry move them to the autoclave to melt wax.
• Inspection - inspect for cracks and thin spots and patch if needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Safety glasses, steel toed shoes required, ear protection
• lift greater than 25 lbs
